Your Hobi subscription is billed through your app store, so you manage and cancel it there, not inside Hobi.
On iOS, open your Apple account subscriptions. On Android, open your Google Play subscriptions. From there you can change or cancel your plan.
Refunds are issued by Apple or Google. If you were charged in error, tell us what happened and we will point you the right way.
